Jess Hickman has won an award for achievement in sport. She helped Stourbridge Swimming Club’s Dolphin Squad, completed qualifications to teach as well as becoming an official at all levels of swimming galas.

Just a reminder to all parents and guardians that although you declare medical conditions on thel membership form you must keep the coaches up to date during the year and also ensure that you are available to administer any medication. The coaches are not authorised to do so

Worcester Winter league A final

The A team had a close contest with Redditch and almost won the gala being in the lead at half way. Great performance and finishing second in the league. The B team was also in the same final and swam against the top teams with distinction finishing sixth in the league. The top B team!

Midland masters Success

Becki Cole competed for the first time at the Midland masters championships at Leomington last weekend and had a clean sweep in eight events. Winning all of them!

Midland Youth Championships

Congratulations to Rich Spoor, Adam Horton, Emma Pay, Nat Dingley, Joe Horne, Megan Dudley, Lauren Sanders and Becki Cole for some fantastic swims at Midlands. A special mention to Lauren who took bronze medal in the 50m back and made final in the 100m back, Becki who took gold in the 50m back and silver in the 100m back and Rich who won the 200IM and finaled in the 200brst.
