4th CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP CANCELLATION

We must apologise to all swimmers and parents for the late cancellation of the fourth club championships. This was caused by a water quality problem at the leisure centre and the staff decided that it was not safe for Health and Safety reasons. Although they realised that there was a problem earlier we were not advised of the problem and the need to cancel until 3.45pm on the day! We attempted to contact as many people as we could in the time available. This problem was beyond our control and most unfortunate.

There will be a rescheduled club championships but at present we are still contacting all the pools in the area which are suitable to find availability. A deciison will be made about a revised date and pool in the next 48 hours.
