STOURBRIDGE ‘B’ JUNIOR LEAGUE FINAL

It has been decided that this practice will take place on Monday 4^th September at Pedmore Technology College.  

As you should be aware, there was already a team practice scheduled for that night, from 7:00-8:00pm.  To accommodate the parade practice this session will now be extended, and will be from 6:30pm until 8:15pm approximately. 

We shall be practising the parade before the swimmers enter the water.  Upon arrival at the pool, all swimmers should report to me in the area at the bottom of the stairs, before going through to the pool/boys’ changing room. 

Will all swimmers please arrive wearing their yellow t-shirts, and navy blue shorts.  If you do not yet have your yellow t-shirt, I will give it to you at the practice.  

It is VITAL that ALL team members attend this session.  Without all team members, it will be very difficult to organise the team as they will be on the day.  I will be giving out important information about the gala itself, and distributing the wigs & pom-poms.  As most children start back at school on this day, I do not envisage that anyone will still be on holiday.  If you cannot make this session, for whatever reason, you must tell me in advance, 07841 040788.

Please note that I will only give out the wigs & pom-poms to swimmers whose parents are present.  These are NOT to be taken out of the packaging until the swimmers arrive on poolside on the 9^th September.  They are NOT to be played with in the days in-between.  I ask that all parents remain with their children, at Pedmore Technology College, at least during the parade practice. 

I will shortly begin to give out tickets to parents.  These tickets have two parts to them.  I have been asked by the league to warn parents NOT to tear/separate the two sections before handing the ticket over at the entrance desk, as they will be classed as invalid.  The price of £3.00 you have paid for each ticket includes the programme, and a raffle ticket.
