Worcester County Championships 2007.
 
We are now just over half way through our County championships with the 1st main weekend over. With S's as fair as they eye could see we took over the shallow end as usual. With the finals included in this years program resulted 12 hour days for many of our swimmers who gained entry into the finals. There were many fantastic swims across the board from age groupers to youth swimmers, displaying the Stourbridge talent. Numerous county Championship best performances were broken and so far and we had a impressive 75 swims in the finals!! So fair the club has achieved:
10 Gold medals
14 silver medals
20 Bronze medals
38 placings 4th - 6th (Finals only)
 
Furthermore we have one Junior County Champion Jack Henderson on 50m FC and a further silver and bronze county finalist medals.
 
Numerous regional times were achieved also across ages keep an eye on the regional swimmers board for your name!!
 
A good start to our campaign, so lets push on and see what we can achieve together.
