MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL 2012

Over the next three weeks we need all members to renew their membership.

If you are not a member you cannot swim or train at the club and you will not be insured.

It is policy of the club to encourage all members to pay by standing order to reduce costs and the amount of cash being carried and also streamline payment. Charges are therefore geared to encourage this method of payment

 

 Swimming fees 2012

 

Unfortunately this year we have had to increase our squad fees. This is the first increase for three years but pool hire goes up every year and we need to cover our costs. So all standing orders need to be increased from Jan1st.

Please ensure from Jan 1st and not Feb 1st!

 

Also we must remind members that the monthly fee is based on a years swimming and charge and divided by 12 and takes into account reduced sessions in August and December and reasonable pool downtime. All 12 equal payments are required.

 

All completed forms and payment must  be returned by the 31st January at the latest.

 

Please also ensure the form is filled in clearly and you ticked  whether you are a Cat1 or Cat2 swimmer

Cat 1 are swimmers who do not compete in leagues , championships or Open meets. Cat 2 are

swimmers who do.
