Our first Gala of the year is a nice one a trip to Wednesbury for the little ones.The Haden Hill Trophy Gala.
 A good Gala and Venue for the new nine year olds because the parents were able to be quite close to them on poolside.However this is not always possible and would try to avoid it in future.If they get to use to you being poolside they may be a little worried when you can not.
 

Anyway welcome to the teams that's the A and the B team because Becky and I will try to be there for all the Diddy Events unless
 both teams are out on the same day which does happen.

First time swims for Aimee Sanders,Amelia Faulkner,Rosie Buswell, Molly Wood,Jordan Yates,Jack Aston Hall,Adam Hunt And Luke Piper.
 Well done to you all you were all great and so well behaved.I hope you all enjoyed it,I have my fingers crossed you will all want to
 swim again.We have booked a lot of friendlies at the start of the year to let as many new 9 year old swimmers have a swim so if you have not been asked please contact me through the website.There are some other debutants for the A team too,Becky Spoor and Jack Henderson.1st and 2nd for Becky and a double victory for Jack.I am sure we will see more of you this year well done to you both.

With the rest of the team it shows that some of you have been working very hard in training over the winter months and I thought
 I would let some of you swim different events.Some good some bad. Tom Pearson deserves a little mention here.He has worked extremely hard for me and has swam up as the forth 12 year old in several competitions doing us all proud.So it was nice to see him win an individual event in his own age group.Nat Dingley has worked hard too and looks like she will be representing the club as our 10 year old Fly swimmer this year.Lovely technique very well done Nat.Callum Faulkner too deserves a mention his Backstroke was excellent.

That's all I am going to mention in this part but well done to everyone in the team.
