PHOENIX YOUTH OPEN MEET 2007

A total of 15 Stourbridge swimmers took part in the Phoenix Youth Open Meet 2007 on Sunday 18 February:  Jacob Anson, Tom Asprey, Joe Birnie, Becki Cole, Hayley Davis-Moore, Callum Faulkner, Katie Jones, Matt Jones, Sophie Page, Emma Pay, Sarah Pearson, Tom Pearson, Lauren Sanders, Sam Tromans and Hannah Williams.  There was an impressive result sheet from these competitors, scooping 34 trophies and 19 medals.  The Club finished in 6^th place overall – a great result from this number of swimmers.  Special mention must go to Sophie Page (Top Female – 11 years), Sam Tromans (Top Male – 11 years) and Becki Cole (Top Female – 12 Years).  Well done to you all on this excellent effort.  Thanks also to Suzanne Williams and Ann Page for getting all the swimmers to their events.
