Solihull Senior Gala 29/03/2008 Venue
Stechford.
A new invite this one and a good chance to
see what we have ready for later in the year as the ages are the same as the
Speedo league.There were a few swimmers away due to the holiday period.The
opposition included Hereford who of course have a fine squad and would prove a
tough test.Solihull A,Solihull B,Perry Beeches and Camp Hill were the others of
course they all have a number of good swimmers too.
Birmingham City were playing at home and this
made a few of us late including me .I did not realise who many fans they had !
(Just kidding)
As this one was such a long time ago I think
we will leave it at that.However check out the programme to see the finishing
positions.21 1st places and 17 2nd places that's great and very tough to
beat.Our main rivals Hereford led by two points after 13 events at halfway we
led by one point by event 39 we led by seven points.A lead that we would retain
to the end.

Fisher.That's the little guy who just swims relays for me at the moment.I hope
everyone knows who he is he is 110% every time and getting quicker .Well done

clean sweep on their individuals.
