Worcester Winter league Round2

I am sure more detailed reports will be posted by the team managers about the second round of the Worcester Winter League but I thought I should say a few words.

It is not often that both teams are in the same gala but it was great to see them standing together as one and representing the club. I came away from this gala feeling very proud of the swimmers and the efforts of everyone involved and what a great advertisement for the club.

This was a gala full of excellent and strong teams and the A team swam superbly keeping the pressure on throughout the gala to come home worthy victors. The B team demonstrated once again that this is no team of B grade swimmers but our second team of A grade and a force to be reckoned with. It underlined why the club offers the best competiitve opportunities for swimmers in the area.

 The racing was close and exciting and a great advertisement for theWorcester Winter League and amateur swimming.
