Nuneaton Friendly Gala September 5th 2009

On Saturday 5th September a diddy team travelled to Pingles pool in Nuneaton. The gala was taken on at very short notice and so some swimmers were not available but we would like to thank everyone for making the effort and especially the new young swimmers for whom this was there first chance to compete. Also a big thank you to John Sanders and Becki for there hard work and commitment. The competition was tough with nearly all the teams from the top half of the premier division or finalists. We finished second overall behind Nuneaton who are in the first division final . This bodes well for the future and was a great result.  A fuller report may follow .
